Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of PAF Eagle Mountain Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PAF Eagle Mountain Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Eagle Mountain, UT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Fence installation and design consultation
• Fence repair and maintenance services
• Wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fence installation
• Pool fencing and commercial fencing solutions
• Fence replacement and removal services

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you give us at the time of your request. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins
• Mark any underground utilities or inform us of their locations
• Secure pets and notify us of any site hazards

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage varies by service type and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects but does not cover damage from weather, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit your deposit. Changes to the scope of work after the project has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

PAF Eagle Mountain Fencing will not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, material shortages, or other force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Property Damage

While we take great care to protect your property during our work, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, damage to landscaping that cannot be avoided given the nature of the work, or pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of PAF Eagle Mountain Fencing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to the laws of the State of Utah. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
